Tests with Requirements in Project

Starting in R2026a, the Project Model Testing dashboard
no longer uses or displays this metric. This metric ID
will be removed in a future release. To view project metric results, use the widgets in the
Project Model Testing dashboard as shown in Summarize Status of Testing for Project. You can continue to
access model testing metrics using the metric.Engine APIs.

Description
This metric determines if each component test in the project is linked to at least one requirement. The metric returns the average percentage of component tests in the project that link to implemented functional requirements.
Supported Artifacts
This metric collects metric results for Units in the project. To control what the dashboard classifies as a unit, see Categorize Models in Hierarchy as Components or Units.
Computation Details
The metric calculates the average by using the Test Case with Requirement Distribution metric results from the components in the project.
Collection
Collecting data for this metric loads the model file and test result files and requires a Simulink® Test™ license.
Compliance Thresholds
This metric does not have predefined thresholds.
