当社製品を核としたモデルベース開発は、組み込み制御システムの新たな開発手法として自動車業界を中心に幅広く定着してきました。弊社は、コード自動生成製品や生成コードの検証の自動化を実現する製品など各種ソリューションを提供しており、すでに日本の大手自動車メーカーのモデルベース開発の基幹製品としての実績を積んでいます。

自動車業界では自動運転やEVなどモデルベース開発の適応領域の急拡大にともない、全社規模での当社製品の導入や開発競争の激化に対応するための製品のバージョンアップサイクルの短縮といった新たな課題に直面しており、弊社アドバンスト・サポートエンジニアの業務も上記製品の深い技術サポートだけでなく、ユーザーのモデルベース開発サイクル全体を支える長期的なプロジェクト業務が中心となっています。

アドバンスト・サポート部門では米国本社を中心とした開発部門と密接に連携しながら、将来の製品開発に貢献することもコア・ミッションとして求められ、国際的なエンジニアリング業務に携わっていただくことができます。

仕事内容

アドバンスト・サポート部門では、3つのコア・レスポンシビリティを通じて会社、お客様の成功に貢献していただきます。

 

  • 組み込みモデルベース開発に携わるお客様に対して、長期的なプロジェクトサポートを提供することにより、お客様のプロジェクトの成功に貢献する
  • 技術サポートエンジニアに対する教育、難しいサポートに対するアドバイスを提供することにより、技術サポート部門全体の強化に貢献する
  • 製品開発部門に対してお客様のユースケースをフィードバックすると共に、製品開発部門と密接に連携しながら、将来の製品開発に貢献する

必須の資格

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

その他の資格

  • Simulink/Stateflow製品および組み込みモデルベース開発に関連する製品(Cコード自動生成製品、モデル/生成コード検証製品)の使用経験
  • C/C++プログラミング言語の知識/経験
  • MISRA-C, ISO26262, AUTOSARなど組み込みモデルベース開発に関連した業界標準規格に関する知識/経験
  • 学ぶことと自己開発に対する高いモチベーション
  • チーム内外の様々な人との円滑なコミュニケーション能力
  • 複雑な問題に対して粘り強く取り組む問題解決能力
  • 英語(基礎レベル)
