Change angle of amplitude ticks in polar plot

Hello,
I would like to rotate the angle of the amplitude ticks when using the polar command. The default position of the amplitude ticks is about 70 degrees for the [0.2 0.4 0.6 0.8 1] marks. I would like to rotate those to the 0 degree angle but can't figure out how to do it.
